Distribute 2025/26 School Year K1 Application Form

1.Parents may obtain application form from our school or download the application form from our school website.

2.There is no upper limit for the distribution of enrollment application forms, and they will be available throughout the year.

3.Our school will arrange an interview with all the applicants.

4.The places will not be given to the first comers.

5.Parents are welcomed to bring your child when obtaining and returning the application form but it’s not necessary.

School opening hours:

(Monday to Friday): 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.

(Saturday): 9a.m. to 12:00p.m.

Return 2025/26 School Year K1 Application Form

Application information should be submitted in person to the school from Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. ; Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon or by postage throughout the year.

Fax or e-mail application will not be accepted.

Parents may come to our school to submit the application form and finish the application process. Please submit the following documents: 
1. A copy of the child’s birth certificate and produce the original copy at the time of application

2. 2 recent photos of the child

3. One HK$2.2 stamped, Five self-addressed envelope (rectangular envelope, 4” x 9”) with the return address and the child’s Chinese name written on it

4. Application fee: HK$40 (The application fee will not be refunded.)

※Our school doesn’t have limitations in collecting the application forms during the return period.

※Application will be rejected if the application is incomplete and/or any required documents are not submitted.

※For applications submission by post, please submit with a crossed cheque payable to the school. (Payable to : FuHeng Baptist Lui Kwok Pat Fong Kindergarten)

Interview for new students

※Interpretation or translation services will be provided for non-Chinese speaking students or parents, or may be come together with Chinese language speaking family member.

※If interpretation of NCS parents have any questions, please call 2660 8128 or email to [email protected]

Announce the interview results and waiting list

Parents will receive a letter with the interview results.

Registration for successful applicants and pay the place reservation fee

The successful applicants may come to school to complete the registration. Please submit the following documents:
 1. The original copy of “2025/26 Registration Certificate for KG admission” and the letter with the interview result
 2. Registration fee (Half-day class fee: HK$970/ Full-day class fee: HK$1570)

Applicants on the waiting list:

1. If there is a reserve place, we will by phone inform parents to come to our school on the specified  date to complete the registration procedures.

※If parents decide to give up the place, please be noted that the registration fee will not be refunded.

※Please bring enough amount of cash to pay the registration fee. (One thousand bank note are not accepted.)

※If the successful applicants wish to change school after the registration, parents may notify our
school and collect the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for KG admission”.

(Thursday to Friday): 9 a.m. to 11:30a.m., 1:05p.m. to 4:45p.m.

(Saturday): 9 a.m. to 12:00p.m.
