Our school has established specific development goals and strategies based on the quality assessment recommendations, with regular reviews of the plan’s effectiveness. We particularly focus on enhancing teachers’ abilities to facilitate learning through play by designing engaging activities and setting up stimulating environments to boost children’s interest in learning.
Our school has a clear mechanism for observing and recording children’s development. We maintain close communication with parents and professional organizations to provide effective support services. Special attention is given to the adaptation of new students, with senior class students welcoming newcomers to enhance their sense of security.
Our school designs integrated curricula that cover various learning areas and incorporates moral education to foster children’s character development. Through music, physical education, and arts activities, we ensure that children have a balanced learning experience.
We emphasize bilingual (Cantonese and English) and trilingual (Mandarin, English, and Cantonese) education, laying a strong linguistic foundation for children. We teach Mandarin through songs, integrating music into Mandarin language instruction to help children improve their Mandarin skills. Additionally, each grade has an English teacher who conducts daily English lessons.
Our school employs ongoing observation methods for assessing children’s learning experiences and creates learning portfolios for each child, allowing teachers to adjust their teaching strategies based on individual needs.
Our school actively invites parents to participate in various visits, volunteer activities, and school events, enhancing their sense of belonging. We also conduct parenting workshops to improve parenting skills, fostering collaboration between home and school to support children’s healthy development.
Our school places great importance on the professional development of teachers, encouraging participation in various training activities. We enhance teaching effectiveness through peer observations and curriculum meetings. The management team collaborates with experienced teachers to assist new staff in adapting to the work environment, fostering team cohesion.
